Terms and Agreement

1.Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and TorangDev ("we", "us") for your use of the Nokho app and its related services. By using Nokho you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be at least minimum age 13 years old to use Nokho. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

2.What Nokho is

Nokho is a personal finance tracker. You record your income, spending, wallets, debts and subscriptions, and the app helps you see where your money goes.

Nokho is not a bank, wallet provider or payment service. It doesn't hold, move or manage money, and balances shown in the app are only what you have entered.

3.Guest use and accounts

• Guest mode. Your data is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose your phone, that data is gone and we can't recover it.
• Accounts. If you create an account, your data is backed up to our server. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account.
• Give accurate account details, and tell us at torangdev@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4.Your data

The records you enter are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Sync needs an internet connection, and changes made offline are not backed up until the app has synced.

5.Nokho, the AI assistant

Nokho is an automated assistant that answers questions in chat and can add or update records when you ask it to.

• Nokho can misunderstand a request or give an incorrect or incomplete answer. Check the records it creates or changes, and correct them if needed.
• Nokho's replies are general information only. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• Don't share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in chat.
• Don't use Nokho to produce unlawful or harmful content, or try to make it bypass its safeguards.
• We may limit how much you can use Nokho, or change or withdraw it, at any time.

6.No financial advice

Charts, summaries, reminders and AI replies in Nokho are tools to help you understand your own records. They are not professional advice. Decisions about your money are yours, and you should speak to a qualified adviser before making important financial decisions.

7.Reward points

Reward points are a feature of the app. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and are not your property. We may change how points are earned or used, or end the points feature, at any time.

8.Ads

Nokho is supported by advertising. Ads come from third parties, and we don't endorse or take responsibility for the products or services they promote.

9.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nokho for anything unlawful.
• Access or try to access another person's account or data.
• Interfere with the app or our servers, or send automated or excessive requests.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
• Tamper with ads or reward points.

10.Our content

The Nokho app, name, logo, design and Nokho character belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes under these terms.

11.Ending your use

You can stop using Nokho at any time and delete your account on the account deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. We may also change or discontinue the app. If we discontinue it, we'll try to give you notice so you can keep a copy of your data.

12.Disclaimers

Nokho is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the app will always be available, free of errors, or that calculations, summaries and AI replies will be accurate.

13.Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or financial decisions you make based on the app or on Nokho's replies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app. If you keep using Nokho after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

15.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [city or region], unless the law where you live says otherwise.
